Most ideas about mindset don't actually lead to change. Not because they're not based on science, but because they don't go deep enough, and they often focus on the wrong things. There are so many articles and workshops singing the praises of “growth mindset”— but yet you sense something deeper is missing... and many people are cynical of the power of mindset.
This Mindset Neuroscience workshop will change that. Learn how to go beyond growth mindset hype, pop science and buzzwords and learn how to apply the SCIENCE of Mindset to yourself and clients, so they can engage in what is needed for long-term self-empowerment (not just quick fixes that sound great). Mindset IS that powerful... and you'll learn WHY that is, and how to apply it to your work and personal life.
