Emotion Regulation: mastering our nervous system
Learn how we can gain more control over our nervous system states by understanding how they get triggered, and how our system can become biased towards certain states over others. We’ll look at how the mind-brain-body system experiences and creates emotions from a neurophysiological perspective as well as how deep-seated beliefs and existential fears play a role in anxiety, depression and other mental health challenges.
