Lisa Low
Lisa Low is an educator, consultant, and trainer with a passion for reimagining how we support children and young people. Her work is rooted in relational neuroscience, emotion coaching, and systems thinking, helping schools, families, and organisations move from misunderstanding to connection and growth. With experience spanning classrooms, leadership roles, and international consultancy, Lisa has worked with communities across the UK, Europe, and Asia. She brings together research, practical tools, and deep empathy to help educators and families see behaviour as the language of the nervous system - and to respond in ways that build trust, safety, and resilience.
Lisa’s vision for BEyond Bridges Education is to create a world where every child feels seen, valued, and supported as their whole self, and where the adults around them have the understanding and confidence to nurture their potential.
Rooted in nervous system theory and embodied neuroscience, and guided by systems thinking as the panacea for understanding human development and disconnection, her work centres on restoring safety and connection across family, child, and school systems.
Benefits from the Neuro Leader Program:
Working with Stefanie over the past two years has brought clarity and language to the instincts that once guided me quietly. Her ability to hold complexity with compassion and insight has deepened both my thinking and my practice. The NeuroLeader program has been a transformative experience, affirming my commitment to sharing this work globally to support systems of care and belonging across generations.Systems thinking, with its emphasis on networks, connectivity, and complexity, has released me from the constraints of reductionist thinking and opened the door to adaptive, evolved approaches. What once felt like intuition is now grounded in science, affirming the truth I have carried all along!
With the help of Neuro Leader programming and coaching, Lisa has established The BEyond Method™: A relational, brain-body aligned approach that supports every child, with or without a diagnosis, to be understood, empowered, and connected. This method focuses on Five Evidence-Informed Pillars:
-
Autonomic Nervous System Theory – Seeing behaviour through the lens of safety, survival, and state.
-
Embodied Neuroscience – Attuning to both the brain and body as an integrated whole.
-
Coregulation & Attachment – Healing and learning in safe relationships.
-
Growth Mindset & Neuroplasticity – Turning challenge into opportunity for brain change.
-
Systems Thinking in Practice – Working across the whole ecosystem: family, school, community.
