The only way change occurs is when something NEW activates in the brain-body system.
The only way change LASTS is if those new activations happen over and over again.
A new activation happens when we move, speak, write, think in a way that CHALLENGES how we did it before. This can mean noticing something positive when you usually only notice the negative. Or vice versa.
It can mean speaking up when you normally keep quiet. Or staying quiet for someone else to have space when you normally take over.
There are so many ways to challenge ourselves in every moment.
Challenging ourselves doesn't mean we aren't present, fulfilled, loving and grateful... in fact..
A new challenge might be EXACTLY that: staying Attuned, Aware and Appreciative... (I call this "Vibrational Availability")

Resilience is an over-used word. But it is an important one.
The more we understand how it works, the braver we become and the more willing we are to explore the strength and power that may be dormant within us.
