Taking the day off computers and phone to head to the mountains for the day. Although I am still very immersed in technology, I try to look for inspiration to continue to build towards my vision of a lifestyle that is less contained in four walls and includes special connections, sense of mission and purpose, learning, children, new landscapes and adventures within small circles 🙂 I truly appreciate the people who continue to inspire me that it's ok to envision this lifestyle, even if it's off the beaten path or doesn't make sense to some people!
I have a book deadline this week, but will try to put up a couple posts. Content coming up over the next few weeks will include:
-broken systems and systems traps
-Season 3 Episode 8
-lack of purpose and community -> ties to mental health
-how school and the education system interferes with how humans actually learn
-logotherapy: how we find meaning through creations, experiences and attitudes
-testosterone and oxytocin, role specialization and adding value
What fun ways are you experiencing life today? Something I notice I am currently missing is taking some trips and going on new adventures. Haven't done that in a while! It used to be such a big part of my life. Headed to Flathead Valley MT for a short trip this February to assess living and travel plans, and then looking forward to more exploration and adventures in the spring. When we plan adventures and new ways to explore the world and new destinations, this helps us flex the neurological tools of preparedness. This is an important topic for our society at this time - I’ll cover more in future content!
With Love Love Love From Me to You

“What is success? To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!”
