Neuroplasticity and experience-dependence are two of the most important topics for our society.
While I believe it should be a part of standard curriculum for all schools across all ages, it is not (yet). That’s why I create this content, and why I created this series of workshops.
As teachers, parents, leaders, caregivers, policymakers, and communities learn about neuroplasticity and the experience-dependent nature of the human brain, they are empowered to find new, science-informed ways of improving mental health and life outcomes.
Understanding how experiences shape human brain architecture also gives us a universal understanding of how our past relates to our own present, and how we all play a role in the thriving of our species and building strong foundations in our families and communities to help emerging generations develop to their highest capacities.
The power of the human brain is beyond anything we have yet been able to comprehend. The potential for what human intelligence can create, innovate and problem-solve is limitless. But it needs the right conditions and experiences in order to develop its super powers…
…join me in discovering what this could look like and how you can become a force for good in the trajectory of human thriving and evolution.
On Tuesday October 3, we will take our first deep dive into how we can use the insights from neuroplasticity and experience-dependence to apply to our daily move and to serving those around us for their optimal functioning. We’ll also look at how neuroplasticity plays a role in motivation- what drives us to shy away from growth and change, and what moves us towards opportunity, effort and goal achievement.
There is a 20% discount if you’d like to join the entire series once a month
But yo8 can also sign up for each workshop individually
