YOUR PRESENCE MATTERS.
I can see it in your eyes.
I can see it in how you move and walk.
Sometimes you're 'here'.
Sometimes you're not.
I know when you 'come back' into the present moment. And I know when you leave again.
Do you have this experience with people in your life? Do you just 'know' when they're being present with you and when they're not? Most of us can tell.
Sometimes, there are obvious clues.
Like they can only answer 'mmhmm' and not really engage with what you're saying. Sometimes they are clearly looking at something else.
There are micro-movements, signals and frequencies that cue us in to someone being present or not and let them know whether we are or not. By knowing about these physiological cues, we can learn to command our skill of focus and presence. It changes everything, from our relationships to performance, to creativity and emotional well-being.
In this short video, I give you 3 easy motor movements to notice and then change so you can experience what happens as you train yourself to become more present on purpose.
