There is a particular kind of magic that happens when a group of people gathers around one question:
How do we help human beings access more of their own intelligence?
...Their capacity to regulate, adapt, see new possibilities.
...To move beyond patterns that were adaptive possibly for a certain context, but no longer serve us now.
And…
how do we become the kinds of humans who help make those possibilities more available to others?
This is the question underneath so much of what I have studied, taught and explored for nearly two decades.
And it is at the heart of something I am so excited to finally open today.
The 2026 Super-Regulators™ Neuroscience Academy is officially open.
This is a six-phase neuroscience immersion for coaches, leaders and practitioners who already carry deep wisdom about human change...
and want to connect that wisdom with credible science.
We’re not trying to replace what we know with ‘science terms’ …
We are striving to see what we know more clearly.
… So you can put language around things you may have sensed for years.
So you can say:
THAT'S why this works.
That's what I've been noticing.
This is the biological layer beneath my method.
And then give that work the language to reach new people, audiences and possibilities.

There is something else I want this Academy to be.
A gathering of people who care deeply about human potential.
People who understand that:
- our nervous systems are never ours alone.
- They’ve been built through our histories (both shared and unique).
- They are a field that enters every room, relationship and online space we are a part of.

… And that when people who hold that kind of intention come together, something becomes possible that might be out of reach when we try to do it alone..
I have experienced this in previous Academy cohorts.
Someone would bring an observation.. someone else would see something inside it, beyond it, under it...
And then a question would wonderfully expand the direction of our conversation.
An idea I had taught dozens of times would suddenly burst with another layer of wisdom because of what was happening in that particular room, with those particular humans.
Those moments are part of why I wanted to create this experience again.
This year, we are going even deeper.
Across six phases, we'll explore the neuroscience of:
- Wisdom + Emergence: The biology of hope, agency and new possibility.
- Emanation + Clarity: What your nervous system communicates before your words.
- Energy Regulation + Mindset: The hidden intelligence within our default patterns.
- Adaptation: Flexibility, context and the rhythms of regulation.
- Attunement + Attachment: The invisible architecture of human connection.
- Ascension + Transcendence: Super-Regulation, systems and the wider field.
Throughout our explorations, we'll keep bringing the science back to your work:
- The people you help.
- The patterns you notice.
- The ideas you are working on
- The things you know without having the scientific language to explain why.
My hope for those who join the academy is for you to see your own work with new eyes.
And to have clearer language for helping other people see that depth and wisdom you are offering our reactive, and dysregulated world..
My hope is for your wisdom to be sought-after and signed up for by the people who need it... (and those who don't quite know it yet...)
Three ways to enter this year
I've created Digital, Live and VIP pathways, so you can choose the level of participation, pacing and proximity that feels right for this season.
And for the first time, our Live and VIP participants will also come back together three months after the Academy ends.
I love the idea of letting the work leave the room with us...
While we all go and live it, embody it, try things, notice what changes…
And then return and explore…
