What is the difference between temporary change and transformation?
When we focus only on activities, behaviors, and “what to do,” we miss the biomechanical processes that influence whether change takes root or fades.
We try to build a house without understanding the foundation.
True, authentic and lasting transformation lies in three interconnected dimensions:
Mindset - the neuromechanics of how beliefs shape our brain’s architecture, our physiological responses, and behaviors.
Systems Thinking - seeing the deeper roots of behavior.. and where hope, despair, and 'stuckness' originate
Embodied Awareness & Intelligence - recognizing that resilience lives in our nervous system, body, and collective systems, not just our thoughts. This includes what we call nervous system regulation, and self-regulation.
But once you understand these neuromechanics of brain-building, something shifts. You don’t need buzzwords or scripts anymore. It becomes a way of SEEING life through new eyes.
That’s when change happens.
That’s where long-term self-agency and resilience emerges as our tools to withstand uncertainty, rupture and ‘learning dips’.
And that type of understanding and depth is what these micro-courses are designed to help you access.

(more will be coming this fall)
Teach the Nervous System
Much of the field is still teaching "just breathe." Research has mapped a far richer landscape of states, and the people you work with can feel the difference.
→ Explore Teach the Nervous System
Mindset Science Teaching Framework
Mindset work keeps getting dismissed as a 'soft skill' by people who haven't seen the neurophysiological and performance effects of mindset research. Teach it so it holds up in front of the skeptics.
→ Explore the Mindset Science Teaching Framework
Reach the Resistant Brain
The people you most want to reach are often the ones tuning out. Research shows what their systems are actually responding to, and how to work with it so we resonate and engage with people who might otherwise dismiss our ideas.
→ Explore Reach the Resistant Brain
Optimize the Brain: Brain Science Toolkit
Brain myths keep circulating even though research has offered us updated ideas. Nine seminars to help you explore peer-reviewed science behind human behavior and transformation.
→ Explore the Brain Science Toolkit
*There is no particular order for these - it's more about what topic feels most of interest to you! If you're unsure where to start, I generally recommend Teach the Nervous System, as nervous system regulation serves as a foundational principle for all of these courses.
The Rise of Collective Nervous System Regulation
There’s a powerful new movement happening among coaches, leaders, healers, and guides. They’re not just learning techniques - they’re becoming what I call ‘Super-Regulators’.
Super-Regulators are the professionals who understand that helping others isn’t just about teaching skills. It’s about contributing to the collective regulation of our shared human experience.
They recognize that human resilience isn’t built by staying calm or following worksheets - it’s built through rupture, repair, and expanding our range of what we can handle.
These are the people who:
- See behavior not as something to fix, but as information about deeper systems
- Understand that their role is to help un-blur vision, not just add information
- Recognize that unique forms of genius exist in everyone, and it’s their job to help others discover what that genius is
- Know that we learn not just for personal success, but to make life collectively easier for all beings
If this resonates with you, you are already contributing to collective nervous system regulation and human resilience… you are a part of the Super-Regulator movement.
Your Wisdom + Modern Neuroscience = Exponential Impact
Here’s what I’ve witnessed over years of working with professionals in all stages of their career and from all different backgrounds and industries:
Your deepest intelligence - that intuitive knowing that guides your best work - is supported by cutting-edge neuroscience.
The moments when you “just know” what someone needs. The times when you sense a shift before it’s fully visible to others. The interventions that come from somewhere deeper than your training..
These insights are your nervous system’s sophisticated intelligence at work.
And when you understand the science behind your wisdom, something profound happens:
- You trust yourself more deeply
- You explain your approach with clarity and confidence
- You stop second-guessing what you know works
- You innovate from a place of grounded understanding rather than borrowed techniques
- You realize how rare and valuable your unique gifts and experiences truly are.
That’s the shift I live for.
That’s why I created the Applied Neuroscience Mini Courses for Professionals
-----
- If you’ve felt the pull to understand the neuromechanics behind your best moments of truly connecting with someone and helping them learn and improve their life in some way…
- If you’re ready to build and co-create coherent, systems-level understandings of the human experience…
- If you want to trust your deepest intelligence while being able to explain the science that supports it…
- If you feel like you are called to contribute to collective regulation and human resilience…
Then you’re exactly who these micro-courses are designed for.
This is for the professionals who know that their unique genius exists for a reason.
The ones who know that we’re all learners who never stop learning... who recognize that opening channels for new ideas and the evolution of knowledge itself is part of their calling.
Because the truth is... The world needs more Super-Regulators.
We need professionals who can help un-blur our collective vision. Who can contribute to nervous system regulation at a societal level. Who can help others recognize their own forms of genius.
-----
Change doesn’t happen by staying at the surface level. It happens when we understand the neuromechanics, see the systems, and embody the awareness that transforms not just individuals, but our collective human experience.
What I have seen again and again over the decades working with though leaders, helpers, guides and healers:
Your deepest wisdom elevates when you meet the science that explains it.
-----
With deep respect for your journey,
Stefanie Faye
P.S. - Remember: Unique forms of genius exist in everyone, and it’s up to us as a species to help as many of us recognize what our personal form of genius is. If you’re reading this, you’re likely someone whose genius involves helping others discover theirs. That’s rare. That’s valuable. That’s exactly why this work matters.
-----
We learn in order to open up channels for new ideas and the evolution of knowledge itself.
