Neuroscience is NOT all about the brain.
A lot of neuroscience-based content and training out there gives everyone the same types of content. You learn about different brain regions, how they operate and optimize.
But in real life, you will NEVER know which area of the brain is actually activating in any particular way.
You will not know that, for example, maybe the anterior cingulate has hyper-coherent activity. But you CAN know what your body, breath, eyes, voice and hands are doing. It's about our embodied experience as humans and it's about knowing how to create change by having instant feedback about what our state is and how what we are doing is affecting us and others.
Neuroscience is a language and understanding that will help you stand out and gain TRUST.
If you’re trying to have an impact in others’ lives, you need to stand out. You need to say things other people aren’t saying. But you also need science that is uniquely tied to your voice, and your wisdom.
And you need to feel confident that what you are saying is true -true to you, and true in terms of what can be supported by others. That’s where science comes in. But not just any science. Science that is deeply aligned with the transformation you help others gain access to.
That’s what I help coaches, leaders, and organizations tap into. It’s the power of science, supported by your confidence, authenticity and knowing what you know.
My newsletter, programs and content are for you if you want to amplify your impact by supporting it with science.
You can choose to ignore the trend that is entering us into a new science-supported era.
Or you can use it and leverage it to maximize your ability to stand out from the crowd.
My mission is to share my two decades of experience working in the space of personal growth, self-leadership and the neurophysiological data and systems that complement psychology, behavior change, learning and human optimization.
There are lots of ways to learn about all this, including my:
I hope you find this information helpful in some way!
