There was a time when simply saying, "Believe in yourself," was enough.
Today, we live in a world with unprecedented access to information.
Within seconds, we can ask AI almost any question. We can read research papers, listen to podcasts, watch lectures, and learn from experts all over the world.
As our access to information has expanded, something else has changed too.
People increasingly want to understand how something works.
Why it works.
They're less interested in simply being told what to do...
They're looking for explanations that help them make sense of their own experience.
- Why meditation helps.
- Why trauma lingers.
- Why habits can be so difficult to change.
- Why one conversation changes a life while another is forgotten before we get home.
And perhaps most importantly...
Why they should believe in capacities for growth they've always had, but may have stopped seeing in themselves..
This is why I became so passionate about mindset, and have been teaching the 'neuro mechanics' of it for over 15 years..
Not just 'mindset' for mindset's sake.. the power and mechanisms underneath our most empowering types of mindsets.. the ones that help us understand our highest, deepest, most powerful human capacities to learn, update, adapt.
Neuroscience gave language to wisdom I already knew was true.
The deeper I understood how the brain predicts reality, updates beliefs, reorganizes itself through neuroplasticity, and quietly shapes what we notice and expect...
...the more clearly I could explain ideas I'd known deeply for myself, and teach them to others to help them update their experiences into their desired realities.
People who had once dismissed mindset as "positive thinking" suddenly recognized something far more substantial.
They could see the biology.
They could understand why change was possible.
And something remarkable happened.
The more clearly I explained the mechanisms behind transformation... The more people left believing something new was possible for themselves.
I've come to believe this is where our professions and our world of information-access are heading.
Whether you're a coach, therapist, educator, leader, facilitator, or healer...
your wisdom matters. Your presence matters.
A deeper understanding of the biology underneath mindset simply gives both of them sharper edges.
It helps you articulate what you've sensed for years... gives language to ideas that can otherwise feel difficult to explain.
And when people understand why change is possible...
they become far more willing to participate in it.
I created The Neuroscience of Growth Mindset to give coaches, leaders, therapists, educators, and facilitators a neuroscience-backed advantage.
This course will help you see mindset through a fresh lens: one grounded in neuroplasticity, prediction, perception, and the biology of human transformation..
Inside, you'll learn:
- the biology underneath one of the most powerful ideas in human transformation,
- a framework that helps you explain your own wisdom with greater clarity, deepen your credibility, and create the kinds of breakthroughs people remember long after they've left your workshop, classroom, coaching session, or conversation.
Our humanity benefits from the professionals who are able to not only inspire people, but who can illuminate why transformation is even possible... and the mechanisms behind it.
If that's the kind of work you're here to do, I'd love to share this framework with you.

** very excited to announce that the team I am a part of within MIT's Human Agency Platform has received it's first round of funding. Receiving this funding is an honor and a responsibility I take to heart... it affirms that translating brain science into openly available, real-world tools is worth investing in.
I'm grateful to contribute to research & application designed for widespread societal impact, and even more grateful for what it will make possible for the communities this work serves.
I'm also deeply grateful to the incredible team whose brilliance and heart made this possible, and inspired by what we get to build together.
