I wanted to give you a little glimpse into what we’ll actually be doing together inside the Super-Regulators™ Neuroscience Academy.
Week 1: The 'Neural Valley' of Learning & Growth
In our first Academy session, we’ll explore what happens as human beings move through learning, growth and transformation ... and how we can support that process in ways that strengthen well-being, agency and adaptation.
We’ll explore:
- The valley of learning and growth: what happens when someone moves beyond what is familiar and into new ways of thinking, responding and being.
- The brain activity beneath transformation: I’ll walk you through patterns I’ve observed as people move through meaningful change.
- The role of the helper: how coaches, practitioners, educators and leaders neurologically support someone through a learning journey ( the neuroscience of what you may already be doing with clients, and how it can affect their brain activity).
- Your own lens: how to begin seeing these patterns through your unique expertise, both in your own experience and in the people you support.
You’ll begin practicing how to:
See what you already do through a neuroscience lens.
Rather than simply learning neuroscience terminology, you’ll use what we explore to identify the patterns you already notice in your work .. and connect them with what may be happening in the brain-body system.
By the end of the session, you’ll begin developing concrete, personalized and resonant language for explaining your own work and expertise.
Language that comes from your observations, your experience and your way of seeing human beings... now strengthened by a deeper understanding of the neuroscience beneath it.
This is what I want the Academy to help you do again and again: see more deeply into the work you already do, and find language for the science beneath it that actually feels like yours.

Week 3: The Neuroscience of Why Change is so Hard
Week 4: The Science of an Adaptable Human: How many nervous system options do you have?
A question I received recently from someone trying to decide between the digital and live options:
"I’m currently trying to decide between the digital and live offerings of the Academy. Can you please expand on what exactly the differences are between the live and digital versions as there is a considerable cost difference and I am factoring in that with the time difference may missing some of the live sessions."
That being said, not every one wants to necessarily interact or add another live meeting to their schedule (totally understandable).. so getting the modules and reflection exercises to do on your own time - and then listening to the live session recordings, where tother people get feedback - is also valuable (and people have told me that they get a lot of out of the program just by doing it on their own time and listening to the recorded sessions, even if it's not specifically for their work).
