I've been spending time preparing for our first live session of the Super-Regulators™ Neuroscience Academy.
And one of the things I've been doing is going back through brain maps and EEG recordings, thinking about which ones I want to share with everyone.
As I look through them, I keep remembering the moments I've witnessed over the years when someone sees the brain through this lens for the first time.
The aha moments.
When something they've been observing in their clients, students, patients, or even themselves suddenly makes so much more sense.
When they begin to connect the dots between what they already KNOW from experience and what neuroscience can help them understand and explain.
I've seen how powerful those moments can be.
And I'm so excited to create more of them.
Because one of the things I want most for the people joining us is for you to walk away feeling even more like the expert you already are.
To have a deeper understanding of the extraordinary mind-brain-body systems you're working with.
To see possibilities for growth and change that you might not have seen before.
And to have the scientific language to help OTHER people see those possibilities too.
I want you to experience those moments when the science gives you a whole new way of seeing something you thought you already understood.
And then imagine what becomes possible when you bring that understanding into the rooms, relationships and communities you serve.
I'm getting so excited for what we're going to explore together. 🙂
A quick note about registration:
I've decided to close Academy registration this Friday, October 16.
One of the things that matters deeply to me is being able to offer personalized attention, feedback and opportunities to connect the science to YOUR particular work.
To do that well, I need to keep the group at a size that allows for those experiences.
So Friday will be the last opportunity to join us for this Academy.
I know there are people doing extraordinary work in the world who would benefit from having this science in their hands.
And I would love for you to be one of them.
Registration closes Friday, October 16.
P.S. Our first session is all about the Neural Valley of Learning & Growth* - what happens in the brain as we move beyond the familiar, and why some of the most important moments in human transformation can feel like uncertainty, effort and discomfort. I can't wait to show you some of the brain activity behind these experiences.
*You can read about it in this article here
I hear these three things a lot when someone is thinking about enrolling in the Academy.
I want to address them directly, because they deserve more than "don't worry about it."
"I'm not a neuroscientist. Who am I to talk about the brain?"
This is the most common one.
You don't need to understand how to read an fMRI to explain why your method works. What you need is verified, translated language that accurately reflects current systems neuroscience. That's what we build together. The practitioners who've done this work aren't pretending to be researchers. They're practitioners who can now say, with confidence (and citations if they want to nerd out), why their approach reaches the nervous system in the way it does.
"I don't have a lot of neuroscience training. Will I actually be able to keep up?"
Every concept we cover gets translated into language you can use in your next session, your next meeting, your next email - no matter what your background is.
"I've bought programs before and the learning never sticks."
Here's a structural difference: many programs hand you their content. This one works with yours. We're not asking you to memorize a framework someone else built. We're mapping your existing methods to the science that's been quietly supporting them all along. When it's your work at the center, it doesn't stay in a notebook. It enters your voice, because it was already in your practice.
"I've already bought things like this before (including neuroscience training). How is this different?"
Many neuroscience trainings give you knowledge about the brain or nervous system. Frameworks that belong to someone else. Concepts that feels like they make sense when you're hearing them and then they feel hard to put into your own words, or feel truly confident about when you apply them.
The Academy works on your method, in your voice, with your specific clients or audience in mind. You practice speaking the science out loud, in a live cohort, with real-time feedback. By week two, you'll have language you can actually use..
"I don't have time for a six-week commitment right now."
This one is important… The practitioners who say this are usually the ones doing the most, carrying A LOT. Saying yes to, or creating so many things, putting themselves out there.. while still wondering when they'll feel legitimate enough to charge what their work is worth, or speak from a stage, or write the book.
The time argument is real. Your life is full. And the question worth asking is: what is the cost of another year of not having the language? Another year of feeling the gap between what you know and what you can say?
A follow-up on that one is also…
"How much time does this realistically take each week?"
Most participants find three to four hours a week is enough : the live session, some time with the material, and a little practice with your new language. The pace is intentional. 'Regulation before Revelation' means we're building integration, not just consuming. You're not meant to feel overwhelmed.. you're meant to feel settled.
Three to four hours a week for six weeks. That's the ask.
What you walk away with is the scientific architecture of your life's work. Something that holds up in every room you'll ever walk into after this.
"I'm just starting out, not even quite sure what my framework is exactly.. is this still the right program for me?"
Many of the people who come into this don't quite know what their signature framework is. The journey we go through together will help you with that - you'll start to connect dots about intuitions and patterns you have experienced over the years. Sometimes an existing idea you have gets more validation, more ground to really build from.. and sometimes an unexpected tool or framework begins to emerge.
"My work is pretty specific. Will this actually apply to what I do?"
While some people are still figuring out their specific frameworks, others have something already established. During our journey, we take what you've already built (or are discovering and building) and map it to the peer-reviewed science that supports it. Your niche makes all of it more powerful and more uniquely yours so you can stand out from others, even if they have some sort of other neuroscience or nervous system training certificate.
"What if I show up and it doesn't feel right?"
Then you leave with a full refund. Attend the first two sessions. If you're not walking away with a clearer, more grounded way to articulate the science of your work, let me know by the end of week two and I'll return your investment.
The guarantee exists because the process works. And because I'd rather you feel safe enough to show up fully than protected enough to stay on the sideline.

If one of these three was the thing quietly keeping you from applying, I hope this helped it settle a little.
If you're ready to stop circling and start co-creating with neuroscientists, the link is below.
Here's to the work you've already done finally getting the language it deserves.
